Zeus Exchange

ZEUS is a decentralized exchange that combines spot and perpetual trading with a feature set that is usually associated with centralized platforms.

  • Fully on chain architecture: core operations from opening positions to liquidations are executed via smart contracts on the Base network. User funds are locked in non custodial contracts instead of being held by a centralized operator.

  • Revenue sharing: 25 percent of protocol revenue from trading fees is periodically allocated to a rewards pool for active participants according to transparent rules, rather than through one time airdrop campaigns.

  • Liquidity pools: multi asset liquidity pools are designed to provide competitive execution and reduce price impact for large trades by using oracle based pricing instead of traditional order books.

  • Network focus: at this stage ZEUS Exchange is deployed on Base, an Ethereum layer 2 network developed with support from Coinbase, which offers low fees and a growing ecosystem.

  • Reputation and participation: soulbound tokens are used to reflect user activity and help ensure a fairer distribution of rewards while mitigating multi farming, bot activity, and basic Sybil attacks.

ZEUS aims to offer a trading experience that is close to centralized exchanges in terms of available tools and user interface, while preserving non custodial, transparent, and permissionless access to core functionality where such access is legally permitted.
