Referral Rewards Program
ZEUS Exchange includes a referral program that allows users to earn a share of the trading fees generated by users they invite to the platform. The program is designed to reward organic growth and recognize users who actively bring new participants to the ecosystem.
How It Works
Each user has access to a unique referral link available in the Profile section of the interface. When a new user connects to the platform using that link and starts trading, the referrer automatically begins earning 5% of all trading fees generated by that user's activity.
Rewards are calculated from the referred user's fee contributions to the protocol, not from their deposited capital, collateral, or account balance. The referred user does not pay anything extra: the 5% is allocated from the protocol's fee revenue, not charged on top of existing fees.
Referral rewards accrue automatically and can be tracked in real time through the referral dashboard in the Profile section.
Reward Calculation Example
A referred user opens a leveraged position with a total size of $10,000.
Margin fee charged: 0.01% of $10,000 = $1.00
Referrer reward: 5% of $1.00 = $0.05
As the referred user continues to trade over time, the referrer earns 5% of every fee event generated by that user's activity, including margin fees and swap fees where applicable.
Referral Points
In addition to fee based rewards, referring new users who actively trade on the platform also earns ZEUS Points. These points contribute to the referrer's position in the epoch leaderboard and increase their share of the protocol's periodic revenue distribution. Details on how points are calculated for referrals are described in the Gamification section.
Tracking Your Referrals
The referral dashboard in the Profile section displays:
Your unique referral link.
The number of users registered through your link.
Cumulative trading volume generated by your referrals.
Total referral rewards earned to date.
Important Notes
Referral rewards are paid from protocol fee revenue and do not come from referred users' deposited funds or collateral.
The referred user does not pay any additional fees as a result of being referred.
Self referral and multi account farming are not permitted. The protocol uses on chain activity data and Soulbound Token verification to detect and exclude abusive referral patterns.
Referral reward parameters may be adjusted over time as the program evolves. Any changes will be announced through official channels in advance.
Participation in the referral program is subject to the same jurisdictional restrictions as using ZEUS Exchange generally. Users are responsible for ensuring that receiving referral rewards is permitted under applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
